I removed turkey and bagels from my diet!
Cyst is better and I will see the doctor on Wednesday.

Although I've stopped losing weight, I am sticking to my diet and people say I look good.
I got a new sleep CPAP machine yesterday.
I feel valuable in doing necessary tasks and I relax between chores and pet the cats.
After my stitches are removed I can go swimming again.
