My sister said among other things, that Romney's peculiar Mormonism, anti-women behavior and policies give him no chance of winning. I am worried. While I automatically take 5-6% off any Rupert/WSJ/Fox/Rasmussen, etc Poll, I watch to understand the enemy and the power behind him.
Imagine still being in the race after dissing Combat Soldiers who pay no federal taxes when in combat zones, the 47% and the Gays and Minorities not in the 47%. He is an evil force to be reckoned with and Obama has gone all out to remind us of the importance of small donors and making sure you vote for Obama.
Unlike Israel, Ameicans don't have to live and breathe politics, Palestinian refugees and the ever present prospect of war with any of many Middle East countries. I am very proud and fortunate to be a disabled veteran who can live in America.
While he doesn't really understand the duties and limitations of the presidency, Romney could drastically cut the government, including the VA and get us into an unnecessary war with Iran. Obama has pointed out that upon certain new developments by Iran, it would still be a year out before they have a nuclear bomb. Obama is more apt to be successful in the Middle East than the theatrically agressive Romney.
With unlimited money from strange billionaires that agree with Romney's 47% remarks, it is not time to assume that Obama will win. While the debates are not overwhelming in deciding the presidency, they are important--Romney lied about his $5 trillion tax breaks skewed toward the wealthy over ten years and the whole world laughs at our campaign system, filled with slurs, mud and lies.
Let's vote for hope and opportunity that doesn't involve cutting the government in half and ending up in another war, unsupported by the UN or the majority of Americans.
