I've started to eat three meals a day:
Breakfast:  whey shake and tuna
Lunch:  medium salad and whey shake
Dinner:  medium salad and whey shake
Snacks are apples and baby carrots.
Calories - 1000 plus
Protein - between 125 and 150 grams
