1PM:  11 from tuna, skip shake
Dinner:  Salad with turkey, peas, one slice of cheese, etc.  Red Wine Vinegar dressing - about 50
30 from shake
Total:  132 grams.  Calories:  Tuna 100 plus whey shakes 340, Turkey 240, Cheese and miscellaneous 100 -call it 1000
